Our team aim to respond to you within 24 hours of assessing your vehicle. They will be able to provide you with the best course of action, an estimated time scale for carrying out the work, and details on the repair process and the necessary parts required. If your vehicle requires an insurance quote we will work with your insurance company to get the work done.
Repair Timeframes and Delays
While we aim to complete repairs within the estimated timeframe, various factors may impact this timeline. Delays could arise from spare parts availability, insurance approvals, or unforeseen repair needs due to extensive damage. If you have concerns about repair duration, please contact our team.
Courtesy Car Policy
We provide reliable courtesy cars for our repair customers, as per your requirements. However, we don’t offer like-for-like replacements.
Courtesy Car Usage and Breakdowns
Courtesy cars provided by Alsigns Commercials are well-maintained, minimising breakdown risks. In the rare event of a breakdown, please contact our team, who will be able to assist you.
Courtesy Car Charges and Insurance
You’re responsible for daily checks on the vehicle and fuel usage. Charges may apply for damages caused in your care or for late returns. Please review our terms and conditions for details.
Responsibility for Courtesy Car Damages
Drivers are responsible for any damage to courtesy cars.
Insurance Approval
We can only proceed with repairs approved by your insurance company’s engineer.
Additional Repairs
Additional work can be undertaken at your request, with a separate quotation provided. Our team will discuss your needs before proceeding.
Payments.
All payments will be taken upon collection of your vehicle. If you are paying for it independently, full payment is required. Insurance jobs will be required to pay the access as per the authorisation provided by your insurance company.
